Never stayed at a beach resort that did not provide beach towels , chairs, & umbrellas.

Condo was clean, kitchen items were good but lacked water glasses, had a broken can opener, and had a mini sized dish soap that had been watered down (so I had to go buy these items).

Pointe Santo C23

We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again. The positives: The location is great. It's a couple hundred yards to the beach, which is nothing for most folks but a little hike for my aging parents. The best thing is that the porch faces south and does not get a lot of sun morning or evening. Here are a few negatives: The unit is a bit dated but was clean and functional. The light switches were in weird places (can't change that). The TV was confusing to sort out channels. Had to replace batteries in the remote. The TV in the 3rd bedroom was broken. The paper products supplied are very thin - bring your own. Other than those minor things, I am satisfied. We had a nice time.

Nice location, view, parking but has flaws

Location- great view of pool area, palm trees and short walk to the beach. Parking spot for condo was shaded and conviently located. I gave my kids a bath in the master and had to haul 12 buckets of hot water from sink to make a warm bath. No one had previously taken a shower that day but the master bath ran lukewarm water at best. The rack in the dishwasher was rusty- hand washed all the dishes... completely inconvenient. Several lamps in room would turn on and then go off immediately- had to adjust light bulbs and would stay on for a little while longer. Master has curtains that are very thin so lots of light in early am. Lots of seating in condo which was nice. Kitchen had a nice island to put all your stuff on.

Adequate with flaws

Ok - large bathtub in master bath had no hot water. Hot water for entire unit out x 1 day. Pull out bed in living room sags and is difficult to put back

We love Pointe Santos bc it is centrally located, has a great pool and a private beach. The condo is a bit outdated but has everything you need.

A great ocean view condo for 5 adults. A definite 5 stars.

We came with 3 college-aged kids, and this condo was the perfect fit. Very roomy, great master suite, plenty of linens, very clean. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Nice bike ride to grocery and yummy breakfast place.
