Great location and quiet

I believe we're the first ones to stay after the remodel. Very quiet neighborhood. Cute and airy place. Nice memory foam mattresses. We'd stay again.

Cape Coral home

The host was very responsive to any concerns or questions. The house was spotless and conveniently located. We did not realize it was a duplex but neighbors were quiet. It was a good stay

My family and I, including our 2 dogs and cat needed a place to stay for a month while waiting to move into our house and Marion was very accommodating. She responded promptly whenever I needed to reach her and her place exceeded our expectations. Love the location, as it’s close to alot of nice restaurants and also the convenience of it being so close to the bridge over to Fort Myers. Would recommend this place to anyone and for our family who come from out of town to visit! 5 stars! Thanks again for everything.

Comfortable and Cozy

I had a weekend workshop in Cape Coral and this was perfect for my needs. The rental is exactly as pictured, infact it is much larger than I expected. You had everything you needed for your stay. I brought my elderly Yorkie and a Yorkie puppy and they loved running around. The neighborhood is quiet, lots a pet owners walking their dogs in the neighborhood. The area is still recovering from Hurricane Ian. Marion the host was WONDERFUL! Very responsive and attentive. I will definitely rent this property again if I have another workshop

the location was good. the place was clean inside. the beds were comfortable. The outside was a mess. The lawn needed mowing, the exterior house needed to finish the painting job. The living room needs one more chair. we brought in a sack chair for extra seating. The water was turned off half way through our stay. I will say, Marion got it turned back on 2 hours.
