This house is a fully equipped kitchen, a formal dining area, and a game room complete with a pool table, and a foosball table! Large fire pit for perfect evening with friends and two level deck and covered screen porch. The lower level consists game room with beautiful flooring, wet bar and gas stone fireplace. along with 2 bedrooms and a full baths and a walk-out to you lower level patio and a large outdoor gas fire pit with plenty of seating and gorgious 250 feet of sandy shoreline with your own private beach, covered boat dock with lift.
