Located just two blocks from Lake Tahoe and Ski Run Marina, get outside and relish the radiant California sunshine while sitting by the lake, swimming, fishing, and boating. When you aren't playing in the sand, take peaceful walks around Bijou Community Park, engage in some playful competition at Magic Carpet Golf, and don your skis at Heavenly Ski Resort.

After a day filled with adventure, head for the wood interior of your stay where you can warm up in front of the heat of the stone fireplace or with the home's central heating. The chef of your group will have no issues utilizing the full kitchen's gleaming countertops, stainless steel appliances, and nifty gadgets. When you're ready to eat, gather around the sizable breakfast bar or at the formal dining table. Stream your favorite shows with the Roku Sticks or utilize cable to find a movie for family movie night.

Wilderness-themed mementos line the home's bedrooms, and a private washer/dryer, Pack-N-Play, and internet access ensure you have all of the amenities you need.

Outside, the enclosed yard provides a pleasant space to grill while listening to the sway of the pines.

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
