Our stay was great! Our family had everything we needed, we loved how clean the place was, how friendly our host was, and how easy check-in and check-out was. Thanks, Tom!
Tom is the perfect host on a rustic property that is both calming and at the same time stimulating. Highly recommend this property. Would definitely stay again.

Thanks for your kind review. Enjoyed having you guys and Daisy. She did a good job keeping the rooster herded up!
Upon arrival we were greeted by free roaming dogs and chickens. The small shed is located on the property between a couple other houses, there are goats on the property, a fire pit, some woods and a cowcreek to explore, no lake at the time of visit. The owner is quick to respond, very friendly and active on property. Our pups really enjoyed playing with the other dogsWe really enjoyed the local waterfalls and parks.
Lovely tiny home! Ideal if you're really just looking to sleep. Not the most private, but Tom is super friendly and the dogs are sweet as can be. Close to everything but feels far away.
If your looking for a clean quiet cozy place to relax this is the place. Tom is an incredible host who goes out of his way to make the best of your stay.

This was the cutest little spot! So much to do in the area. Great hikes! Tom was an amazing host and his dogs were even more welcoming. If you’re into stargazing, this is the spot! Would definitely return!
I was looking for a nice little place to stay for a few nights while traveling to the Upstate for a friend's wedding and I wanted to try to avoid hotels since I had a bad experience in one last time I came up, and the Tiny House was perfect. The owner, Tom, was very polite and personable, and it was wonderful to meet him (and the dogs and chickens!). I would definitely recommend this location.
My son and I stayed at the Little House to start the New Year. Tom could not have been more friendly and accommodating as we explored the property, enjoyed the company of the dogs and roasted marshmallows by the fire. We will certainly be back.

Thanks for the positive review! I enjoyed you and your son's company. I am very glad he enjoyed hanging with the big dogs!
Quaint tiny home tucked in the woods with enough amenities for our stay with some neighborly chickens looking for a handout. Close to waterfalls and even a Clemson football game. Thanks for a nice stay and hope to be back.

Hey David, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Sorry I didn't get to meet you in person. You're welcome back anytime.
First time at a tiny house. It was cozy. Excellent TV with all the apps. Tom was a great host who made a great fire in the fire pit every night. The fire was just steps away from the tiny house. The property includes a short trail through the woods, chickens, goats and two very friendly dogs. A secluded and peaceful area. Enjoyed my stay.

This was exactly what we needed. This is an adorable tiny house and it has everything we needed. It felt like we were glamping in the woods and Tim the host was so pleasant and accommodating! Would definitely recommend, it was a pleasure! Thanks Tim :)
We enjoyed our stay at this cute tiny home. The property it is located on is so beautiful and tranquil. Our host was super nice and made as feel welcome. He even helped get the fire started in the firepit that is located only a few feet from the front door. Location is near town and all the beautiful trails and waterfalls this area has to offer. Highly recommend this.
Nice and clean. Easy access. Fast response from hosts. Great location for Clemson games. Typical challenges with a tiny home so understanding that ahead of time helps. Mattress needs improvement so it doesn’t bottom out on the wooden base. We’d stay again.
Loved our stay at the tiny house - great location, host, and experience! Tom was responsive, friendly, and accommodating, as were his dogs (and chickens). Blissfully quiet, firefly-filled evenings, but only moments from everything - from hiking trails and waterfalls to restaurants and Clemson. House was just what we needed - unpretentious but well-appointed - all the comforts of home in a tiny package. We’ll be back for sure!
