Tom is a great host and we loved staying in the cabin. The chickens were amusing too.

Cute place, beautiful neighborhood!

I stayed in Oakland for work, and wanted a day to just explore the city. I stayed at Tom's place and it was great. The house itself is very cute, and had all that i needed. I was able to get in and out of the house with ease, and the garden and the chickens on the property were a lovely part of the experience as well. The neighborhood is very nice, with absolutely stunning gardens! I walked to a nearby coffee shop (Mokha ~ *highly* recommend!) and had a delightful time looking at all of the plantings. The only issue was that sometimes the Uber/Lyft drivers really struggled to get out of the one way street that the house was on. But that is not anything to do with the house or the host. I would recommend this place for sure!

Comfortable Cottage

Comfortable and spacious cottage, perfect for us during our visit to family nearby. Quiet location. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
