The Sweet Serenity cabin was just perfect for our two night July 4th holiday stay! Communication with Wendy was top notch, quick replies and so accommodating.
The cabin is well equipped. Comfy beds and great AC! We would stay here again!
We stayed here for 5 days to fish in a bass tournament. Had an issue with the heat and the cabin got cold but the owners sent HVAC techs out the next day and got it fixed quickly. We also had 2 boats and trucks and the hill driveway was an issue for my 2WD so I parked down at the bottom while the other team parked up the hill using 4WD. The neighbors are great about letting you use their space to turn the trucks around. Really enjoyed our stay and recommend this property and the owners.

Very nice cabin very close to the lake! One way road and cabin is elevated along withe drive way so you’re sitting at a pretty steep angle if you have a trailer or boat but the neighbors were very friendly and let us turn around in their drive way to help park and maneuver the boat

The cabin itself was beautiful if it was just me and my wife on vacation it would have been perfect. However we brought out 20 foot boat along with us to fish lake Cumberland. The road getting back to the cabin is slightly larger than a single lane and there is a blind corner leading to a small bridge that most other people fly around so when towing a boat that can be a bit sketchy. When we arrived at the cabin we found that the driveway was a steeper grade than it appeared in the pictures. And the bottom of the driveway is very deep very loose gravel which we slid down with the boat more than once because we had no other option on how to orientate our trailer and truck as to not be in the road. If you are traveling with a small boat and trailer this place might be for you but if you have a larger boat like we do I would recommend not booking this listing. The cabin is beautiful and the hosts were great but it is not very trailer friendly.
