Swim in your own private heated inground pool with outdoor tv, or go fishing couple steps down to a brand new dock located in the gulf access salt water canal and catch stingray, snapper, sheep head, snook or just watch manatee swim by the house. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the world that are accessible by car or boat nearby are Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, Captiva and many more. Many great restaurants with live music in downtown Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Fort Myers Beach all in close driving distance. FL Vacation

This home is very nice just as pictured. The location is within blocks to stores and many great restaurants. 1/2 hour drive to beaches and so many other things to do. It was perfect for our family. We spent a lot of our time out on the lanai, swimming in the nice warm pool, grilling out, and hanging out with our family. Paul responded immediately if we needed anything. He is very nice and very accommodating. We will definitely come back again!
