Lake Affect w/Hot tub & Garage Game room!

Quiet cove on Lake of the Ozarks on famous Rainy Creek, mile marker 60 with boat launch nearby, conveniently situated on a dead-end road. Bring the whole family to this cozy lake house, with lots of room for fun, in a peaceful setting. Enjoy a garage game room with shuffleboard, air hockey, darts, and foosball. Great views, fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, and boating/jet skiing. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, wifi and an outside gas grill and fire pit.
Our family LOVES swimming around the dock, paddleboarding in the nearby quiet coves, and relaxing on the porch swing. You can also call Patriot Point Marina and they will come pick you up and bring you to their place at the end of the cove where they have lots of yard games like sand volleyball and cornhole along with a walk up bar/restaurant and convivence store.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash all Dishes and put away.
Please turn all AC units up to 78 degrees (summer) or turn heat down to low (winter).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ALL garbage MUST be bagged and garbage bins secured with bungee. $50 extra fee for unbagged trash Be respectful of noise/behavior/speech 3 cars MAX
Wear life jackets while on dock and using paddleboards/lily pad Quiet hours 10pm-8am No food or drink on carpet or in bedrooms No parties or event.
Report any damages and/or breakages in a timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit must be paid by guests and will be reported to VRBO.
