Enjoy one of the most spacious 2 bed 2 bath units at the Palms. Boasting 1175 sqft and unique 10 ft ceilings, this first floor end unit stands alone with no shared walls to other units. Ground floor means no worrying about waiting on the elevator or hauling your gear up multiple floors. As a bonus, this unit is closest to the pool! This has been ideal for my little family and saves so much time.

Come experience 2 King beds, each room having its own access to the patio. There is a queen sleeper sofa, a rollaway twin sized bed, and a pack and play for the baby. Plenty of space for the whole family.

Wonderful place to stay!

We absolutely love staying at The Palms! Erika and Charles are great hosts and their place is beautiful and clean! We had a wonderful time! It is a great place to stay with young kids and teens. Lots of things to do in the area.

Great place for family vacation!

We enjoyed our trip so much! The place was great! The owner was very responsive to any questions and let us know as soon as the unit was ready. The kitchen was very well stocked. I would definitely stay here again. The location to the pool was amazing!

Amazing vacation spot!

We had an amazing time. The property was beautiful and the condo was awesome! Lots to do at the property and you’re close to the beach as well. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. I definitely recommend staying with them.

Wonderful place

We enjoyed our stay. The hosts were extremely helpful and communication was excellent. The place was super clean and furnished quite nicely. The shuttle was a nice feature but stopped service by 4:00. Would highly recommend renting.

Property as a whole looks run down. Landscaping painting all lacking. The food and service at good vibes cafe was unappetizing. Food was stale and made in the morning. We sat to eat after 4pm. The place itself looks like it’s falling apart. The pool area also looks run down. Do not let the single 10/10 review and pictures of the listing fool you. It looks nothing like the pictures.

Best vacation spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days in this condo! We came for a baseball tournament. The location is perfect- walking distance to Morgan’s Sportsplex! As for the condo, I don’t think we could have asked for anything better! This room is the absolute best spot for the pool. It made it easy to run in and out for snacks or to send the kids in with grandparents! We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Everyone slept comfortably. We cooked in the condo every night. We didn’t lack one utensil or appliance. There are also other extras there like box fans in each room and beach towels! The check in process was a little long, but that’s no fault to the owner. Just something to consider. I think everyone can check in at 4 which makes for a long line. Not a deal breaker by any means! The pool was amazing. Restaurant was good. We sat by the pool every night with our ice chests as the kids swam. Can’t wait to go back!!!
