Frequently asked questions
About the host
Hosted by Tom
From right here in NC, moved to Wilmington in 1994. My family and I love our coastal city! So much to do, so much history, and of course . . . the beaches! The best thing about hosting is getting to share our city with others!
Why they chose this property
Our house is close enough to downtown to be able to walk to it and enjoy all it has to offer, yet is far enough away to enjoy the quiet of a friendly neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
In a part of town where many of the houses are older historic homes, our casa is new and modern. Also, the location is its best feature. Walkable to great restaurants, shops, shows, bars, concerts, and historic sites. Drivable to great beaches, a water park, movie theaters, and more shopping!
