The design of this condo is cool, sleek and very Instaworthy. Stay a little or stay awhile, we welcome you either way!

Colours by Battistella is a privately-owned residential condo building with no specific services or amenities for rental guests. All guests will be required to acknowledge in writing that they will comply with applicable residential Bylaws and community standards at all times during their stay.

Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Government-issued ID may be required. Reservations made by guests under 25 will be subject to cancellation.

Before check-in, guests may be required to complete a secure pre-arrival verification form. This helps us confirm booking details and maintain the safety of the home. The link will be provided through Airbnb messaging after your reservation is confirmed.

Additional Fees & Optional Protection (Please Read Before Booking)
To help protect our home and keep nightly rates fair, the following may apply:
• Optional Damage Protection: Guests may choose an optional damage waiver of $32.10 per stay, which provides coverage for accidental damage during the reservation. This waiver is optional and not required to book.
• Guest Identification: For all reservations, we will collect a valid government-issued photo ID from guests. This is required to complete the booking and check-in process.
