We had a great stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and so spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone, lots of bathrooms, a big living room, and tons of closet and cabinet space. Having AC in every room was amazing too!The house was really well stocked with plenty of utensils and cooking essentials. It’s also just a short walk from the beach and nearby shops, which was very convenient. The hosts were very accommodating and worked with us on our dates to make our stay work, which we really appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again

Our family enjoyed our stay a great deal! The home was well stocked, it was wonderful not having to bring linens and bath towels, and it was very clean!! The location was perfect. We could walk to town and short sands in minutes. We were able to walk to Long Sands as well. Communication was excellent. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location within a 5 minute walk to the beach. Spacious for the 6 of us. Owners upgraded the air and heat system which makes the rooms even better. We cook several of our meals so a new grill was great and kitchen and dining room area are extremely accommodating. We enjoy the week and have come back for our sixth year.

This property was so immaculate and family friendly, and even had beach items for us to use. Although the property had 2 staircases the owners made sure they had 2 baby gates for protection. It seemed very roomy for 7 adults and one child. We loved that it was a very short walk to the shops and beach. Such a gem!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The home was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it comfortable from the moment we arrived. The owner was friendly, responsive, and communicated everything clearly before and during our stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, which made it easy to enjoy everything the area had to offer without needing to drive. We had a group of 8 people, and the house accommodated everyone comfortably. It was perfect for our family vacation, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend time together. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and family-friendly place to stay!

We had a great stay in York! The townhouse had everything we could need and plenty of space for the whole family. Best part was the short walk to shops and being able to end the days getting ice cream and strolling on the beach just a few mins from home. The beach cart/chairs/toys made it so wonderful to enjoy the beach like a local.
