An exceptional cool place! Exposed barnwood with modern interior kitchen and full bath. Completed in 2021. Just a 5 min walk to beach. Lake MI view. Sunsets from patio. Hot tub. Outside private areas. An Airbnb marque stay that you will cherish and plan to return.

Loft queen bed. Sofa sleeper below. Gigantic Japanese maple view from deck Fenced area for lounging on E side and hot tub under the stars. Outdoor shower. Gas firepit and heated patio mats to melt winter snow.

Tiny House well thought out. On demand hot water heater, Toto in-wall toilet, washer/dryer. Mini split heat and AC. Full sized retro refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. Hot plate and toaster oven.

This is an Accessory Dwelling unit located on the back of property. House in front is also an Airbnb.
Guest access
Tiny Barn is in back yard of property and has 2 private fenced in patio areas. Access via pathway from Tiny Barn driveway.
Other things to note
Front house (The 9's) on property is a separate 3 bedroom rental that has a view of Tiny Barn from screened in porch, yet blocked by bushes. Access to Tiny Barn is along west side of property pathway with a seperate parking drive.
