Walk to charming downtown Larkspur, grocery stores, the ferry which takes you into the city, movie theaters, hiking & biking trails, etc. Newly remodeled house, huge, flat, level, fenced-in backyard with Restoration Hardware outdoor furnishings & a fire pit. Large kitchen w seating for 7 around giant island. Very fast internet/WiFi. Pet-friendly.
Best weather in Marin but house also has A/C (a rarity in Marin) for those warm summer days. Only 20 minutes away from wine tasting in Sonoma, 20 mins to the beach, and 15 minutes away from the city (and 7 minutes to the Golden Gate Bridge). Best weather in the Bay Area!
