Cute 1940's style home located in the flats near Soritch Park, one mile from the downtown nightlife of both San Anselmo and Fairfax. Cozy 4 bedroom with 2 baths. The pool temperature is set at 85. Gas BBQ, gas fireplace, two TVs and WIFI. Sonos sound system poolside. Excellent hiking and Biking. Quiet Neighborhood not for loud parties. 5 Night Minimum-10% Weekly Discount. The pool is heated from April 1st to November 1st and the house is discounted in the off season months. 13 five star reviews on Airbnb.

Cozy 4 bedroom with 2 baths, 2 kitchens, lower floor has it's own entrance. The pool temperature is set at 85. Gas BBQ, gas fireplace, TV and WIFI. Upstairs there is a King Bedroom, a Queen Bedroom and an office. Downstairs a Queen Bedroom and a Full Bedroom.

Very clean house and well stocked. Never wanted to leave the backyard. The kids loved the heated pool. The beds were comfortable. We had memorable dinners around the large dining room table. Short ride to wine country and San Francisco.

Great communication. Spacious, modern rooms. It’s two units, not internally connected. Lower level is a mother-in-law unit, a little dark. Upper level is sunny. Everything worked, well-outfitted.

If your travels bring you to the San Anselmo area this is a wonderful location! The house is well stocked with all the necessities. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms clean. We traveled as a family of 4, our teenage son was more than happy to stay in a room downstairs (separate entrance from upstairs/main living space). The yard is a serene oasis in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is fabulous, heated to the perfect temperature. The outdoor furniture provides space to relax, read a book, listen to music, or enjoy the quiet. Steve is a gracious host who is very responsive. He was a pleasure to work with and a wealth of information as we were making our initial plans. The house is within walking distance to nice hiking trails. Downtown San Anselmo is a gem, filled with restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. It’s walkable, but along a busy road. We never had any issues parking downtown. A lovely home away from home!
