Winter Season Rental on Stratton Mountain 40K
A winter season rental is available from late November to mid-April. $40,000.00
SLOPESIDE condo, end unit, 2 levels plus loft. Zoned heat in each room. Living room with wood fireplace/stove. Two bedrooms with queen beds. Bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds and sleeps 4. Fourth bedroom with twin beds. Three full baths. Large living room/dining room. Dining table seats 8 people. New remodeled galley kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Large loft for kids to play. 2 HDTV's, 2 DVD players.
No pets and no smoking.
Our Slopeside unit is located a short walk to the Tamarack Chair. It is a flat walk on a Stratton groomed trail taking less than five minutes to arrive at the chair. You can ski home and back for lunch. Follow Craig's Run to Lad's Legacy to Pete's Path/Celie's Way. Pete's Path is a private trail groomed and maintained by Stratton for our use.
The Slopeside Association maintains a Community Building just a short walk up the road. There is a great room with foosball, ping pong and a shower. Outside is a 12 person hot tub.
Stratton Village is just a short walk for shopping, dining and additional entertainment.

Clean and confortable
This place is exactly as described. Perfect location. Clean and comfortable. We were 8 people (including four small children) and had plenty of room. Ken was easily reachable and helpful in answering our many questions leading up to our stay. Highly recommend

Happy Family
This is a great condo. Clean and nicely furnished with all the amenities you will need. We spent 4 days here with 2 families and children. We had plenty of room. The owner was quick to respond with any questions.
