Ski-in ski-out prime location, 'F' Building, at base of tamarack lift, 2nd floor unit. Just steps to the Tamarack Chair Lift, you cannot get much closer! Look out the living room window to see skiers and the lift. Sunny, bright upscale decor. Walk to village restaurants and shops. Stratton sports center available for use with guest fee. One bedroom with kingsize bed, second bedroom with bunkbed, one full bath. Fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer and dryer, mudroom. Beautiful year-round resort. Golf and tennis schools, horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, fall foliage. Close to the village of Manchester, Home to dozens of outlet stores. No smoking in the condo or on the deck. No pets allowed.
Ask about a late Check-out to 12 Noon for a $50.00 fee.

This was the best value we could find on the mountain with a 5-10 minute walk to the village, and the Tamarack lift was located conveniently right around in back. We would definitely stay again

This is our second stay here because we love it! Comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of towels , pots, pans etc. It’s clean and right next to the lift, what more do you need!

Fav ski trip! The location of this condo right next to the lift couldn’t have been better. Love the bedroom with bunk beds for the kids. This is not a feature in most of the Obertal condos we have stayed in before.

Perfect place and location

This condo is right next to the Tamarack Lift. It was perfect for my kids to get right onto the lift. The unit was cozy and perfect size for us. My kids enjoyed doing one of the puzzles they had in the unit. We hope to stay here again next season.

The condo is beautifully decorated and maintained. Its in a terrific location, soooo close to the slopes and the Tamarack lift . It has everything you need including flat screen TV and wifi internet service. The kids loved staying in the bunkroom. Its perfect for a small family. The owner is a pleasure . I would definitely rent here again. Winter Summer Or Fall, Stratton has it all.

We had a great time. Condo was well equipped for our needs. The only improvement would be the parking lot was covered with ice and so was the walkway. This isn’t the condo owners fault. Condo was perfect for our needs.

So close to the lift!

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Being so close to the lift is such a bonus! It takes the “work” part out of skiing. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Soft linens and plenty of nice towels. Janet also had some great puzzles. One day was rain so we went to the flagship Orvis store in Manchester to feed the fish and an amazing bookstore called Northshire. Would love to stay at Janet’s again.

The condo was perfect for our family of four. The location next to the Tamarack lift makes getting on and off the mountain incredibly easy, as does the mud room at the entrance. The beds and couches were comfortable and the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. A great stay!

So convenient!

This is our second year staying here. The location can't be beat (at least not on our budget...) for a family with young children. It's so easy to get to the lift. The entry has plenty of space for boots, jackets, etc (there's even a heater under the bench - put your boots under there and your gloves on top and they'll be warm and dry for the next day).

Perfect for weekend getaway

We spent a long weekend at this property and found it to be very convenient for skiers since it is so close to the Tamarack lift! It took us 10 mins to walk to the village from there. It’s spacious and clean enough for a family of 4 with two young kids. Parking was easy and convenient too. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

I've been coming to Stratton since the 1960's. My parents built a small chalet off the Access Road. I learned to ski here. In the 90's, I bought this condo and my daughters learned to ski here. Last year my daughters and I bought the condo next door and now we all come up and they are teaching there children to ski here!
