WONDERFUL LOCATION FOR UP TO 10 PEOPLE OR PERFECT FOR ONE FAMILY

SLOPESIDE Town Home, end unit, 3 floors. Great for 2 families or one family seeking a peaceful retreat after a long day on the slopes.
Walkability to Stratton Village and slopes and ski home, weather permitting. No step entry for easy unloading ski equipment and groceries. This home end unit has sun coming in the morning thru a wall of windows overlooking the deck and forest. It has great afternoon sun pouring in the south facing windows. There is an open floor plan with 25 ft cathedral ceiling, and large Amish dining table and chairs accomodating up to10 and a great room with large sectional sofa.
Each room has their own zoned heating, There are 4 bedrooms. Two queen bedrooms with private ensuites. One bedroom with queen bed, one bedroom with 2 sets of bunks that share a full bath with tub. New bathroom vanities, 2 new showers and 1 new tub. Hair dryer and soap in each bathroom. 2 family rooms.1 fplace. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking all meals. Full size washer and dryer with iron and ironing board. Linens are provided. Large deck, tables, chairs & grill for summer use.

Please note: We provide WIFI only. Please bring your FIRESTICK, ROKU or HULU device for TV viewing.

Our Association DOES NOT ALLOW RENTERS TO BRING PETS.

TO THE SLOPES: walk across the private road, walk/ski down to the Tamarack Chair on a Stratton groomed trail. It takes less then 5 minutes. You can also drive 1/10th mile uphill to E or F parking lots just beyond the Community Bldg. This helps with younger skiers. Walk out to trail and ski down to Tamarack chair. We ALWAYS ski home for lunch. SKI HOME: If you parked your car then ski down Craigs Run to the E & F parking lot. If skiing home take Home Run or Craig's Run to Lad's Legacy & follow Peter's Path signs to our door if snow allows. You will cross the private road at the intersection. This trail is groomed and maintained by Stratton for our use.
We have a nice sledding hill next to our condo & sleds are provided. Parents can watch from the warmth of the sofa in the living room.

Slopeside Community Building: Our Slopeside Association maintains a Community Building a short walk up the road or 1/10th mile drive. There is a great room with TV, fooseball, ping pong, shower & 8 person hot tub. Stratton Sports Center offers a 75 foot indoor pool , large state of the art exercise facility, massage, exercise classes and indoor tennis. This is offered to my guests for a $10 per day per person charge. Let me know in advance.

SUMMER RENTALS Complete hiking book in unit
There is a swimming pool & hot tub with in our community. Mountain biking, tennis, restaurants, hiking are available within walking distance. We have several lakes for swimming and fun old time swimmin' holes. There are 27 holes of golf with in one mile. Stratton offers a GREAT summer camp for children at a very nominal charge from 8-3 daily. There are options to add on golf, tennis lessons and an adventure camp to this program. We have a large private deck. Grill available.

Lovely home. We had a great stay. Great location. Walk to everything. Skiing, village, etc. Access to the gym club was also a plus. Host is extremely helpful and available. We hope to visit again soon.

Great vacation!

Wonderful location, easy access to slopes, spotless, Becky was super helpful and responsive! The floor plan was perfect for our group, allowing privacy and space for 3 families! Definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Very nice property - clean and perfect for two families

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Check in was super easy and the host provided a nice overview of the property in advance of us arriving. Good ski in property though we found it easier to get dropped at the base lodge on the way out. Great layout for two families. We enjoyed the fireplace and large dining room table and seating. Great light and back terrace for some air.

Best Location & set up !

The proximity to the slopes was so easy for our teenage children to go back to condo for lunch and meet us at anytime! Prefect set up for two families as well with two bedrooms downstairs and an area for them to watch movies . Becky was a fantastic host- offered great recommendations prior to our arrival and always got back to us right away when questions came up !

Perfect Fall and Winter Getaway

We stayed here over Columbus Day weekend and it was perfect. The condo was cozy and clean. It was fully stocked with all amenities. The location is ideal - just a short walk to the mountain. We took the gondola to the top of the mountain and hiked down. The leaves were changing colors which made for beautiful scenery. I’ve enjoyed this condo in the winter, as well. Although I am not a skier, I did go snowshoeing with the snowshoes provided by the owners. There are also some quaint shops and restaurants at the bottom of the mountain. There is always so much to do.

Perfect holiday vacation!

From the moment we opened the door to this immaculate condo we felt like we were home. This condo perfectly accommodated two families and four children (ages 1, 4, 9, and 12). The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of extra blankets/sheets/pillows. Bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking enjoyable. The downstairs family room was a perfect hangout for all of the children including my one year old. Location was perfect. Short walk or quick two minute drive up the street to Tamarack chair. Stratton village is about a 2-3 minute drive - making it super convenient for access to restaurants, shops, or Stratton mountain market. The owner, Becky is super responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this home.

spacious and well maintained

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious and well maintained. We were 2 couples with 4 kids and the place was perfect. We had dinners at the large dining table and watched movies and played games in the living room; Plenty of space on the sectional. The boys also had their own space downstairs. Getting to the slopes was pretty easy. The snowboarders in the group took the short walk to/from the Tamarack lift. The skiers preferred driving to the base.

Fantastic cozy home

The home was lovely and cozy. Everything clean and tidy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Great for a large family or 2 families to share the space. Trails were close - a short ski/walk or ride.

I absolutely loved the condo!

The condo was clean, well equipped and spacious enough for 2 families to eat, relax and play games after a full day of skiing. Becky was responsive and very helpful with answers to all my many questions. There was room inside for all of our ski equipment. The beds were very comfortable, the living room cozy and the dining room table big enough for the 8-10 of us to eat. We all felt right at home in Becky's condo. The condo was well situated. You could ski home if there is enough snow. If not, it was a less than 5 min walk back from the slopes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The condo is a short walk to the Stratton Village and although there was not enough snow to ski home, it was a very short walk to the Tamarack lift. Rebecca, the owner, was always available to answer any questions which made logistics (directions, finding our way around, etc.) extremely easy. The condo itself was very clean and everything we could have asked for was provided. The pictures do not do the place justice, it is even nicer in person! Thanks for everything Becca, we would love to come back again next year!

What a pleasure!

What a cozy little place! The location was excellent for skiers and non-skiers alike. It was a 20 minute drive into Manchester Center for shopping, and it was a 30 second drive to Stratton Village. The skiers in the house even skied home one day. The property itself was very welcoming, with a fireplace and clean kitchen, stocked with appliances and dishes. The bottom floor has a large bedroom with a TV, as well as another bedroom with 2 bunkbeds. They share a bathroom and a family room, also equipped with a TV. On the main floor, there is a family room, fireplace, TV, kitchen, dining area, and master bedroom. Upstairs is a loft with bedroom and private bath. The owner was more than accomodating and helpful. We must have emailed back and forth 50 times! I would definitely recommend this property for anyone who has large families, and mixed parties of skiers and non-skiers.

Great family ski condo!

We stayed here with another couple and three teenaged children -- there was plenty of room in this charming ski condo for us to cook, enjoy a fire in the living room, and have our own space too. Great location -- we skied onto the mountain from a spot just up the private road from the condo, and skied back in. We would definitely stay here again -- the owner was great about communicating all information promptly and pleasantly -- we recommend it highly!

Great for a group getaway

Just enjoyed a great fall weekend at the condo with 2 other couples and our kids. Plenty of room and the kitchen has all you need to prepare meals at home. Within walking distance of the slopes, we had a great hike on the mountain. The hot tub access provides the icing on the cake!

Two Family Ski Week Vacation

Beautiful, immaculate condo, stocked with everything you could need. 10 minute walk to the lift, though partly uphill. Ski back right to the unit when there is enough snow, which we had! Kids loved sleigh riding down the hill next to the condo. Short walk to beautiful Community Center where we had 'Apres-Ski', hot tub, played ping-pong and fooseball. Extremely nice owner too, who is a pleasure to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this home.

Family Ski Trip

This rental property was warm, clean, and the layout was perfect for our family's trip. The kitchen was well-stocked and allowed us to prepare all meals at the house. We would hesistate to call it ski-in/ski-out, but it is a short walk to the slopes and the ski back is slightly more difficult without fresh snow. Overall though, we were very pleased with this property.
