Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear about the pest issue during your stay. As soon as I was made aware, I took immediate action by bringing in a licensed pest control professional to thoroughly treat the property. This is not a common occurrence, and I’ve since implemented a more frequent prevention schedule to ensure it doesn’t happen again. I take the comfort and cleanliness of my home very seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address and resolve this quickly.
