Parking near the apartment is reserved for residents only during the following hours: Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday all day. Great place to stay in Old San Juan. Location is very convenient and the place is nicely updated. Laundry is a nice feature. Instructions to get in were easy. The back bedroom smelled a little musty when we got there so we just used the front and hall bedrooms. We would stay here again.

Old San Juan Holiday

Pros - Central location in old San Juan. Walking distance to nice restaurants, bars and San Cristobal. Clean. Very attentive manager. Quiet neighbors. Cons- Fourth floor with steep stairs. No light in bottom stairwell. Only one set of keys for locking two doors four floors apart. Only one full bath for 4 to 6 persons. Overall, appropriately priced.

A fantastic place to stay in the center of Old San Juan

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The place was amazing, and the location even better. Only thing I would recommend changing would be to have a second set of keys available for use.

Beautiful centric location

The apartment was as advertised. Super clean and updated. The atmosphere and access to all the different amenities in old San Juan can't be beat. The only thingI woul like to point out is that the apartment is on the 4th floor of the bldg so plan to go up some stairs 😀
