Welcome to Little Green Bungalow. Newly remodeled cozy home with character and plenty of space to host up to 6 guests. Perfect for groups of friends, family, and traveling professionals. Located just 10 minutes from downtown Greenville in a transitioning residential neighborhood.
The space
Living Room
As soon as you walk in, you will be greeted by a cozy living area with lots of natural lighting. There are two sofas, an accent chair, coffee table, ceiling fan, reading lamp, coat rack, Smart TV, extra pillows and throw blankets.

Kitchen
Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. Stocked cabinets with kitchen essentials including toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, Tupperware, wine glasses, and basic condiments to prepare delicious meals. Wine/drink cooler under the counter. The dining table and kitchen counter stools comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

Back Porch
From the dining room sliding door is a small porch with a bistro set to enjoy your morning coffee outdoors and a gas grill perfect for cookouts.

Primary Bedroom
Located at the rear of the home. King-size bed with two nightstands, lamps, dresser, Smart TV, and ceiling fan. Ample closet space with hangers. Iron and ironing board are stored inside the closet. Ensuite bathroom with beautiful custom tiled shower and single vanity sink with mirrors. Complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, and towels are provided.

Bedroom 2
Queen-size bed, two nightstands, lamps, dresser, and Smart TV. Closet with hangers and extra linens. The hall bathroom has a combination tub/shower and is right across the room with all the essentials.

Right up the stairs is a loft/ bedroom with 2 twin size beds, nightstand, dresser, clothing rack, Smart TV, desk, chair, and a reading lamp. Bathroom with single vanity sink and shower. Extra linens and towels are provided.
