You have access to all of the best restaurants and cafes in Greenville within just a 5 minute walk to Downtown Greenville or to the West End Art District. Just across the street from a brand new Spinx gas station and steps away from a range of wonderful restaurants. This house has three bed rooms that include a king size, one queen size bed, and three twin beds. The house also features a full kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and living room area and is a great space for a family. The house also has a large parking space in the back and a fenced in yard with a basketball hoop. You can also enjoy your evenings out on the balcony and enjoy the view!
