Please note this is an upstairs apartment and is not kid friendly. Quiet hours need to be followed 9pm-9am. Newly renovated 2 bedroom upstairs apartment in Spenard just minutes away from the airport. Space features smart TV’s in all rooms, queen beds, coffee kCups and all the fixings and a lot of natural light. Fully stocked kitchen, coin-op laundry located on location. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent and dry sheets all provided.

The place was great had a few very minor problems and they were all taken care of to my satisfaction within 30 minutes. Would definitely come back again. The unit very clean and well stocked with amenities.

Excellent host, highway to get downtown

Excellent host, close to airport and easy access to highway to get downtown. Or go toward Seward and glaciers. 2 bedrooms and 2 couches with Tv, the full kitchen with plenty of counter space with island for prepping meals in the condo and enjoying company. Host even had some coffee and k-cups for us. Plenty of fresh towels and linens. Coin laundry in basement. Quiet neighborhood, close to a popular Italian restaurant, went 2 nights and had to wait over an hour due to popularity

Surprise property!

This property had no review yet and I was concerned with area. But very pleasantly surprised. Owner was very responsive with many amenities. It’s comfortable and quiet despite being next to train. I didn’t really notice it. I’d book this again and plan to in November!
