This unit comes modestly furnished, but is set up to met 99% of demands. Whatever you come to Anchorage for, this unit will meet your need. Perfect for our stay prior to our final destination to smaller Alaska town. We just needed a stop off to shop and stay before returning to our Alaska work station. Great price for the summer, and just what we needed! Instructions were clear and concise and we were able to get in and out with ease. Parking space available too, and was great because we rented a car. Would stay here again!

The house is great and the perfect size for a quick trip to Anchorage. It had everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. My only recommendation would be to specifically state that there is no air conditioning. The listing doesn’t include it as an amenity but if you don’t know to look for it, you might be surprised. There is a fan in the bedroom that made a huge difference so we appreciate that. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location, easy access, and blackout curtains! Only issue was no SALT. They had pepper, Italian and plenty of other said dressings we didn't use, but no salt.Oatmeal was still eatable even without salt and thanks for the great stay.
