This was the best home we have stayed in thus far!!! The hosts were kind, attentive, and just really awesome. They give clear directions and also offer help when needed. The property was absolutely beautiful!! Having a heated pool gave my kids a place to just hang out! The back yard is truly an oasis. Will be staying here every time when we visit Albuquerque.
Excellent place to stay! Super comfortable beds, well decorated, pool and outdoor area a dream! Safe and secure neighborhood. A bit far from things but an okay trade-off for uninterrupted views out the back.
Property is clean and the kitchen is well appointed as well as the rest of the rental The owner is responsive to any concerns and the inclusion of toys for little ones is a plus.
Completely enjoyed our time at your home. The layout of the house provides three separate areas for families to enjoy. Hope to be back in the summer to enjoy the pool and back yard!
We stayed here with 5 kids under eight years old, and they all were so entertained! The backyard is amazing, and the heated pool makes it possible to swim at any time of day. The house is in a nice neighborhood. The property managers are very attentive, kind, and quick to respond. Overall, we had a great experience.
The house is amazing!! Beautiful, clean and lots of activities to do to keep kids busy and not bored. I would love to book this house again in the future. No issues at all.
At first glance, the home is beautiful. The design, colors, and decor are vibrant and thoughtfully done.Unfortunately, several issues impacted our stay. Cleanliness was inconsistent—many blinds, windowsills, and windows were visibly dirty, and some blinds didn’t function properly. The biggest disappointment was the pool and spa, which were completely unusable due to heavy algae buildup. We specifically chose this home for those amenities, and this alone would have changed our booking decision.Other issues included an unusable dartboard (damaged darts) and an upstairs bathroom that was partially unusable the first day or two due to a broken tub handle and detached towel rack. While a repair was eventually made, it should have been addressed prior to our arrival. The host knew where the towel rack was, so clearly someone knew it had been damaged. Beds were comfortable, but towels smelled musty (we had to rewash), and some new towels appeared unwashed, leaving lint residue behind on skin and surfaces. After some back-and-forth, the host did provide a small partial refund, which we appreciate. However, the overall experience still fell short given the condition of the home and the unusable amenities. One thing to note: checkout instructions encourage reviews only if the stay was positive, which may contribute to the high rating.Overall, the home has great potential but needs more consistent cleaning, maintenance, and quality control.
Had a great time at Watermelon sunsets! It is a little further out of town but worth the drive as then you get a backyard with no one behind you. Pool was great and heated up nicely. Furnished very nicely with comfy beds. One note, it is listed as 4 bedrooms but one bedroom is part of the hallway between the bedrooms. We could tell this from the photos so we’re fine with it but just a heads up for someone looking for a true 4th bedroom. The bunk beds are huge though so lots of sleeping room.

The house was fine. We always appreciate a place to get away and relax but we experienced some surprises that we weren't expecting. The listing for the VRBO was deceiving as it states there are 4 bedrooms but, in reality, there are 3 bedrooms and an additional space at the top of the stairs with a fold out foam cushion (kinda like a loft area) counted as the 4th bedroom. The number of guests it sleeps is also conflicting. Some areas of the listing states 10 guests and other areas state 12 guests. I think if you actually had 12 people, like the listing states, they would be sleeping in the living room. In addition, it states there are 3 bathrooms each with a shower/bathtub. However, there are only 2 bathrooms with a shower/bathtub and one additional half bath with a toilet/sink only on the main level. As well, check-out time in the listing states it is at 11:00 a.m. however, in their email communication, they asked us to check out by 10:00 a.m. The pool/hot tub are also only heated if you pay an additional 50/day whereas the listing makes it sound like you have a heated pool/spa included in your stay. The pool and spa heat are also connected so you can either only have a really warm pool or a luke warm hot tub but not a hot hot tub and a warm pool. The hot tub also doesn't have working jets. Lastly we didn't appreciate the multiple surprise charges the we received after our stay like an additional 35 to heat the house or an additional cleaning fee for my son's service dog.

We loved our Trip to ABQ but would not stay in this rental again. The listing didn’t state this but they charge 50 a day to use the heated pool/hot tub. They claim it heats up in an hour but we weren’t able to use it until it had been heating for over 2 days.I reached out to ask if that was normal and never heard back. Then almost three months after our stay I get invoiced for using the pool. Extremely frustrating to say the least and made it clear we weren’t really guests in this rental but just an opportunity to be nickel and dimed. There are only two bedrooms that I’d say are actually usable by adults and the location is on the very edge of the city so expect to drive 30-40 minutes to get anywhere.Positives were the cleanliness and check in/out but lack of transparency around the pool and the lack of communication and in my opinion extreme delay in billing for use left a pretty poor taste in our mouth. If you’re looking for a rental with pool/hot tub access I’d recommend shopping around. For as much as the stay cost we would have been better off with a hotel. I rated 3 stars but really more like 2.5.
