The back yard is located on the canal and overlooks the inter-coastal. While the front of property faces the ocean. There is nothing in front of home except the street and the sand dune. The public beach access is always open and is close, just across the street and 2 houses down. The property has its own private boat ramp and private boat docks. Bring your own boat, swim in the canal or fish, crab or shrimp right off one of the three docks. The back deck is massive. It is the best feature of the property and includes a unique 8 seat TIKI BAR that has its own Smart TV, Blue tooth speakers, fridge, beach decor and lighting. Your family can watch a sporting event or simply listen to music on the Blue tooth speakers. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There are an additional two separate lounge areas, a dining area and a chaise lounge area. From the back deck you and your family can watch sunsets, boaters, the kids fish off the docks and the swimmers in your private swimming pool. The gated pool is 28’ x 14’ with 4 loungers and Adirondack chairs. There is a cabana area where you can get shade while still being by the pool. At night you can enjoy the hot tub that over looks the pool and the outdoor movie projector. The movie screen is 8 feet wide and 4 feet tall and is iPhone compatible. Just stream whatever you want to watch. The 2 bunk bed room each have their own private balcony. This home has 2 interior living rooms so the kids and adults can watch their own movies. There are three portable children’s cribs, a high-chair, children’s gate, 8 smart TVs, (a TV in every bedroom plus one in both living rooms and one at Tiki bar TV's are high definition and smart. There are also 2 full size video games, which have 12 vintage arcade games each. The fully equipped kitchen has 2 large refrigerators, an ice maker, oven, microwave, pots and pans, utensils, plates and glasses. The kitchen also has a crock pot, air fryer, and skillet. There is a traditional coffee maker, a kuerig coffee maker, espresso machine and a coffee grinder. The high capacity washer and dryer and the full size second fridge are located in the pantry off of the kitchen. There is a bbq gas grill located on the deck just off of the kitchen.
