Spend your day relaxing by the pool or venture out to one of the many fun filled activities the area has to offer and build lasting memories with family or friends! Our house is centrally located to many grocery stores, shopping centers and restaurants.

Prior to your departure please place a load of towels in th we washer and run it. Also wash all dishes used or place in dishwasher and run it.

Please make sure all windows and doors are locked.

Place all trash in dumpsters. Roll dumpsters to edge of driveway on the mornings on Tuesdays and Fridays and upon departure.

The house was gorgeous on the inside and the yard is maximize to take advantage of the cul-d-sac angle of the yard. My family was comfortable during our stay and found the location to be accessible to various events and destinations while making us feel like were coming home each day.

Nice stay for good price

Good location that is within a short drive to many attractions. Allan was very responsive to all of our communications. Plenty of space for the 6 of us with comfortable amenities.

Perfect Family Stay

Loved the 4 bedrooms. Great place for 2 or 3 families depending on # of kids. Room with bunk beds had 2 sets, sleeping 5 people total and plenty of room to add crib or playpen. Beach towels in linen closet with other linens. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and flotation devices onsite. Maybe a wagon too? Bathroom also stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. I was not expecting that, so that was nice. Beds and furniture comfortable. Washer and dryer TV in room with bathroom attached and tv in living room. They had hangars and the things youv put your suitcase on. I definitely felt like they tried to think of everything we would need and had them onsite. I'd totally stay here again when we come back. Right on edge of Dunedin. CVS, Publix, and Dunkin within 5 minutes. Mall about 10 minutes. Great location.

We love to travel and explore new places. We are from St. Louis, MO and we love beach destinations. Clearwater appealed to us because there is so much to do in the nearby areas. We loved watching the sunsets during dinner in Dunedin, Clearwater and the many beaches and restaurants along the coast line.

We chose this neighborhood because it is quiet and tucked away in a cul-de-sac. The house is located close to many restaurants and shopping in just a short drive away.

Our home offers close proximity to many attractions, including several beaches and eating establishments but also offers a private setting around the swimming pool.
