Beautifully newly renovated spacious cottage. Less than 1.2 miles from Red River Beach, 3-4 minutes drive from popular Whychmere wedding beach club and Bank Street Beach. The house is situated in a central location, close to chatham and Cape Cod popular attraction. Perfect for family to recharge and relax. Enjoy reading with the fireplace and curl up while reading a great book! Take a stroll in one of the conservation land or many trails nearby.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please use fire pit with caution to prevent fire and burn damage, especially with children around. Use fire pit at your own risk .
Please respect our neighbors, quiet time 9PM-8 AM. We ask kindly to wash and dry all the towels used during your stay. Thank you!
Absolutely No SMOKING of any kind allowed inside or on the premises. Owner will request damage claim if any evidence or odor of smoking found.

Family Wedding Stay

Cozy and Beautiful Cape Stay!

My stay at Verdine’s house was amazing. The house is exceptional with a beautiful open space concept and decor. My group and I ( 7 total) were comfortable and had a lot of space. The location is perfect, close to downtown yet in a quiet and peaceful area. Sweet and attentive host! Anything you need the host thought of and has available! Would highly recommend!!!

Great getaway

We enjoyed returning to a place we called home for 20+ years. The kitchen space is wonderful as are the outdoor seating areas. We had fantastic weather until a heat wave rolled in and it was an uncomfortable couple of nights but it’s the Cape so we knew how fortunate we were.

It’s unfortunate you gave us this low rating for listing accuracy , because the central as you know was acting up, we sent the HVAC tech to rectify the issue. Since it couldn’t not be fixed so quickly, I offered to use our 3 window AC stored in the garage in the meantime. However, you never responded to my text, Prior to that you said that you were comfortable and stated » everything was terrible! ». I value communication with my guest , unfortunately it was quite a challenge during your stay. Timely communication can help enhance guest experience. Everything listed is accurate. I want to thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for leaving our place in great condition!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful cottage in October for a wedding and recommend it without hesitation. The property is newly updated, comfortable and beautiful. The location can’t be beat. We actually even walked into town. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard and the comfortable bedding. It would be a great location for a summer getaway with family as well. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We had a strange issue with the fire alarms one morning, and we were more than adequately compensated with a late check out for the inconvenience. Definitely put this rental at the top of your list for a relaxing and comfortable getaway! We hope to be back!
