I stayed two nights at Scarritt Bennett to attend a conference at Vanderbilt and the room was nicely affordable and perfect for my needs. The room was very clean and the walk to Vanderbilt very pleasant.

Clean, simple, good location

East to access with the electronic boxes and codes. Emails from the owner are clear in terms of getting to the building, accessing the room, etc. Nice neighborhood, mostly quiet. Short walk to restaurants.
