It’s alright

Pretty decent stay overall. It’s not really a nice building but it was comfortable enough. Could use a rug.

Worked well for us

It's an older building, but we didn't mind. The neighborhood looks a bit rough, but everyone was nice and there are 2 bodegas within easy walking distance. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are steep, so guests with mobility issues would have to be extra careful. The owner was great and responded to me promptly with answers.. They might consider a welcome book to explain how the TV's work, check out expectations, neighborhood info, etc
