Nice decorated but dirty

Dirty dishes. No basic needs (toilet paper, soap dishes and so on). Good decoration. 3 hours waiting to get in.

Apparently, the guest did not know or ask where to find the items the Villa at Nottingham has German design appliances. and a kitchen He did not ask for anything. How do you not ask for these items or where they are if you can not find them.? it is important that people are transparent. I apologize for our company but you need to be transparent as well as truthful. there was soap, dishes, and toilet paper. Also, you need to be truthful about the fact that you were sent the code to your email you just did not check it. which I showed you. and you did not wait 3 hours my house sitter heard the doorbell and let you in the home. Once again you need to be truthful.
