Exploring Bentonville from a great VRBO

Wonderfully located and quiet place near the heart of Bentonville. Our place was clean and had super easy access to downtown Bentonville and beyond. Bring your walking shoes and/or bikes and enjoy the sights, restaurants, and unwind upstairs.

Amazing location walking distance from the Bentonville town square and easy driving distance to delicious coffee and other Bentonville destinations. Properly was beautifully furnished and owner was responsive and proactive. Apartment is small with a bit of a strange layout, and watch out for the bed legs, which seem to jump out and hit your shins. Access is not super easy, along a narrow path on the side of the house and up a steep set of stairs. Location was most important to us, so it was fine, but it might be better for a more agile solo traveler.

Blocks away from coffee and green space. The bicycle lockers were really handy for us. There are steep stairs leading into the loft — would not recommend for someone that isn’t comfortable doing a lot of stairs.

I’d give 6 stars if I could for the communication from time of booking to arriving and getting an email ensuring we were settled in without questions. Another night before departure to see how everything had gone. Location is wonderful for getting into town and for biking and museums. Very comfortable and in a lovely neighborhood. Beautiful homes with guest cottages (aka garage apartment).

Our stay was good! It was a short walk from The Momentary and Crystal Bridged. The neighborhood was nice and near downtown. We we were able to walk to eat and enjoy the sights downtown Bentonville had to offer! If you want a home close to a lot of Bentonville attractions, this is the one for you! The only downside to the property is that the hosts were not super responsive. They were very responsive before check-in but I asked a couple of questions once we were there and never got an answer. I want to chalk this up to them just being busy the weekend that we were there since the communication was great prior! Overall, we had a fantastic time staying here!

Great Location for access to the trails/downtown.

I came looking for access to the trails - and close the downtown - this fit the bill. This place is a short walk/ride to both. Sits above a garage, quite neighborhood. Bonus for the washer/dryer. There is a locker outside I used for my bikes - it does require the front wheel to be removed to fit inside.

Excellent Base to Enjoy Bentonville

As pictured and described, very clean. Perfect location, easy walk (even easier bike) to the square, short pedal to Slaughter Pen. You need a padlock (or two, one for each side of the bike locker) with a long or wide shackle for the bike locker and will need to remove the front wheel(s) to get it in unless you have a small bike. Will be at the top of the list for next time.

Great•Fantastic location for mountain biking trails and walking into downtownKitchen was well equipped for coffee makers and applicancesHad washer and dryer (bring your own detergent)Good•clean and provided shampoo and soapCould improve: Power died and couldn’t get ahold of property manager to turn back on.
