This is a lovely little one bedroom suite that is perfect for a weekend getaway. Everything was clean and very welcoming, and the location is perfect! We enjoyed sitting on the bench out front with a glass of wine and we met our host Linda. She was lovely to chat with and had some great information about the Walton family and Crystal Bridges Museum.

The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spotless. We appreciated the drinks and snacks provided. Amazing restaurants are within walking distance. The bed and couch are very comfy. We will defibe staying here again!

10/10 — I Would Absolutely Stay Here Again!I stayed here for five days and honestly wish I could put into words how much I enjoyed this place!When I first walked in, I was surprised by how small it was, but somehow it feels much bigger than it actually is. The bedroom is spacious, the bathroom is HUGE with a beautiful walk-in shower, and the living area is perfect for one or two people.Everything was spotless! The entire place has a modern, almost brand-new luxury feel while still being charming and comfortable. They’ve done an incredible job with the space.The location is fantastic! Restaurants and shops are just a block or two away. I don’t think I moved my truck once during my stay.There was construction nearby, but it never bothered me. Parking was a short walk away, and the owners encouraged me to unload at the curb first.Speaking of the owners, they were wonderful! One personally welcomed me and helped with parking. Check-in couldn’t have been easier.The little extras really impressed me: complimentary snacks, cold drinks, toiletries, branded coffee, and even a washer and dryer!Is it perfect for a large family? Probably not. But for a solo traveler or couple spending a few nights enjoying Bentonville, I think it’s nearly perfect.Spotless, charming, thoughtfully designed, excellent location, and wonderful hosts. An easy 10/10!

Had a great 2 day stay right in downtown Bentonville, very clean and has all the amenities you need! Linda & James saved us a parking spot when we checked in since it was a busy time of the day! We fully enjoyed our stay!
