We had a good stay! The home was clean and in a convenient location close to where we needed to be. Matthew was incredibly responsive and made sure we were taken care of — even when a few minor issues with the toilet came up, he addressed them quickly. The streets need work and the neighborhood was a but worn. Additional note: This is a 2Bath but only 1 shower. That said, the property itself was comfortable, and Matthew’s attentiveness made a difference.
We stayed here for the ERAS tour. It worked out perfectly for my family! The neighborhood was run down but it was very quiet and nice in the house. So very clean!!
The apartment was nice and very clean! Matthew was very informative and gave some good restaurant tips. I would definitely stay again and I well enjoyed my visit to NOLA.

The place was beautiful. I don’t recall reading it was on the second floor. The dishwasher was broken. There was no rack to allow dishes to dry since we had to hand wash them. There were no drying towels so we used paper towels. There was no table to sit at. There was dog hair all over the sofa. The next day when the cleaning agent scent wore off, it was replaced with the scent of dogs. The neighbors were nice but the neighborhood was scary with potholes that could damage a car. The parking was not good. It was embarrassing to have people travel so far to be uncomfortable.
The house had a comfortable layout.
Smelled new, and was clean.
Neighborhood was a little iffy, but wasn’t the worst. Definitely would lock everything up when inside.
The place was an eye opener!!! I could not start to portray how awesome the stay was, had no problems with the place at all. It was more than what was stated on the web site, and all the amenities were just as stated. Wish I could go again.....
A very new, modern and spacious property. Matthew was very responsive to questions and inquiries. 20 minutes by
Car/Uber/Lyft to French Quarter. NOLA was an amazing city and the people were friendly and genuine. A 5 star trip
all around!
The apartment was fine-clean, roomy, and reasonably well appointed. That the master bath is a garden tub only, and has no shower, was a slight inconvience. I think a more accurate listing would indicate there is only one shower. With 4 adults, anxious to visit New Orleans, you want to be able to shower and go, not luxuriate in a bath.
Because the unit can accommodate 6, it seems that having more than 4 coffee cups would be a good idea. A couple of kitchen dish towels and a kitchen wash cloth or two would be welcome. I think a small table and four chairs, would be a nice addition to the living/dining area, in lieu of the long bar and stools which are currently there. A couple of hard surface end tables on either side of the sofa, or a coffee table, to provide a place to set a drink or coffee cup when sitting, would be helpful.
Be forewarned that the neighborhood is, as they say, in transition. There is new construction and development, amid very rundown old homes/apartments and numerous vacant lots. As a New Orleans native, this is pretty common as neighborhoods gentrify. Met several neighbors during our stay-all were friendly and welcoming.
Overall, it was a great trip and great time. These are minor gripes, which should discourage no one from renting here.
