The house needs a lot of maintenance and repairs. It was not in the same shape as the pictures on VRBO. There were 6 of us and it was furnished with only 6 towels. The floor was sticky and the beds were dirty, we pulled back the comforter and there was acontact lens and black dusty lint or dirt. A lot of lightbulbs were burned out and it was poor lighting. When I emptied the trash there was trash in the bottom of the trash can under the trash bag. It is a great location and right on the water, the host was very friendly and let us check in early. It could be a wonderful place but it would have to be deep cleaned and some TLC.

Great location! We were about 15 min from everywhere we wanted to be. The Harps grocery store was 5 min away. House was quiet and right on the water. Our family a great getaway!

We loved the LAKE LIFE property. Very clean, easy check-in, immediate response from the owner. And we loved the fenced-in yard for our two pups. Close to the casino...Fun! Great place to stay.

Perfect girls weekend

This house was absolutely perfect. Another mom and i took five girls to magic springs. This house was exactly what we needed! Large bunk room with an extra bed, master across the hall, large bathrooms, plenty of seating, and a relaxing view of the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and a short drive from everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Great house just a few minutes outside of Hot Springs.

We enjoyed our stay. Jacob was very quick to fix any issues or questions we had and accommodated our early check in request. We loved feeding the neighborhood geese every morning in the channel. The backyard was secure for our little dog to roam around. Only suggestions would be to get better beds/mattresses and fix some leaky areas around the house.

Jacob was easy to contact and was flexible on check-in times. We were surprised that the property was not as described or pictured. There were many items damaged/broken on the property- kitchen cabinets, trash can, mismatched paint patches, and visible drywall patches missing. We were also concerned about the safety of the dock. There were boards missing, the railing was not secure, and the steps were not usable at all. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the property- visible hairs, dust, and stains on the floors, the table/bar was sticky, and my children found cigarette butts under the couch. I used a plastic sack to plug the sink while doing dishes because there wasn't a plug available.I would recommend this property if you are hosting a frat party or for just a quick stay... it was very rundown and does not match the photos at all. We enjoyed our time in Arkansas, but wish our VRBO provided the same enjoyment.

Charming property. Clean and well kept. The down stairs did not heat up. No way to turn fireplace on. Beds were not the best. Hard and uncomfortable. Host was great. Price was fair.

Birthday getaway

I would like to thank our host for letting us use their listing, I took my family here for a birthday weekend. The place itself was very nice, in a convenient location and we also loved being so close to the water. I will have to bring my fishing gear next time lol. The jetted tub was a lifesaver, and sooo relaxing. When we initially arrived i had a bit of trouble with access but 1 quick call and it was solved, also there was dirty dishes in the dishwasher with an odor but 1 more phone call to the host and it was corrected immediately. The mattresses could be just a bit softer but each individual has their own preference. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return again. I would most definitely recommend staying here

Cute house

The property was cute and clean but a few issues. The sinks leaked, one of the cabinets that contained a trash can was falling off the track so we were afraid to use it. BUT I felt like all of these things were minor. It was a cute house, lots of room, the neighborhood wasn't bad and it's close to a lot of food options. The beds definitely could have been comfier, but pillows and bedding were clean. The owner was great to work with, he offered early check in at no additional charge and when we reached out about an issue with a Roku he came by and had it fixed very quickly!

This place definitely needs a lot of deep cleaning and attention. I feel like I did not get my moneys worth and was way over charged. Very disappointed. The pictures listed are very deceiving and very outdated: - Toilet seats were dirty and had to clean upon arrival. - The grill was absolutely disgusting and unusable. Which was a bummer since we cook out mostly. - Crumbs in the bottom drawer to the oven. - Trash can was filthy and the lid would not open without using my finger to wedge it open. - Most of the lights were burnt out. Lighting was horrible in the kitchen. - The yard was not mowed and there was a pile of mess right off the back porch. They left the yard tools and a big broom on the back patio right in the way. - The dock to lake was unstable. - The outside furniture was rusty and dirty. - There was blonde hair on the master bathroom mirror so obviously that wasn’t cleaned either. -There is not a way to lock the door yourself when leaving. Have you wait 120 seconds for it to lock itself. The communication was good and check in was easy as we were able to check in early since no one stayed the day before. But not satisfied with the state of the house and cleaning. Would not stay again.
