Quietly situated on the undisturbed and pristine beaches of St. Simons Island, North Breakers is a favorite vacation destination for families year after year. North Breakers 206 features 2 bedrooms and two full baths in addition to a private partial ocean view balcony, full kitchen with separate wet bar, and combined living and dining area. Along with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, security gate, and covered parking, North Breakers features direct access via boardwalk to the heart of St. Simons' broad sand beaches. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season.

We had a lovely stay. Our pet felt especially welcomed with the treat in our arrival packet. The place was clean and well-stocked. All our needs were attended to quickly. We could even see the ocean from our balcony!

Close to beach

Overall the stay was good and convenient! Very close to the beach , nice pool area and pet area was convenient. The washer wasn’t working when we stayed and the ac didn’t seem to go below 70 even though we put it on 68 so it was pretty warm in the room most of the time. Will definitely stay at this complex again but not this particular room.

The location was fabulous. The property needs major updates. Ceiling fans were shaking so bad you couldn’t use hi speed. The appliances need to be replaced. The master shower curtain was moldy. The stove right front burner would not get hot. The porch was completely ignored in cleaning. The furniture is old dirty. Once you see moldy areas it kinda makes everything feel that way. The space for 3 people was perfect and it didn’t smell bad considering it is pet friendly. I was happy about that. Also it is close to elevator so that was perfect.
