The start of spring break

We really enjoyed our three nights stay. It was the perfect size and very clean my kids love that it was within walking distance to ice cream and we will definitely come back and stay again.

The location was great. The unit is very small and the shower is VEEEEERY small. The shower needs a wall mount shower head and NOT the rain can. Also the window unit is the kitchen does not work. All it does, it draws air from outside and NOT cool at all. Roads are narrow specially if you drive a truck and other park in the street.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Glad the location worked well. We're sorry the unit felt very small and that the shower and kitchen AC caused issues. We’ve passed your notes to our maintenance team so they can evaluate installing an adjustable/wall‑mount shower head and inspect/repair or replace the window unit. We’ll also review the listing’s notes about unit size and street parking so future guests have clearer expectations about narrow roads and truck parking. Thanks again — this feedback helps us improve.

My husband and I recently spent a weekend here. The cute little cottage was perfect for the two of us. The check-in process was nice easy and smooth everything was done online which made everything simple. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking somewhere quiet to stay as a couple centrally located on the island.

4/10 Poor

Location is good. Walking distance from many restaurants, shops and even grocery store. Very tight property. Property had no outside water hookup for a hose, making it quite difficult to follow house rules of cleaning of dirt/sand before entering. The bathroom is tiny, anyone under 6ft with a very petite frame would fit comfortably. We struggled as midsized people. NO LAUNDRY, not even in the “community area”. Zero internet or tv access, even tried brining our our Roku. BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS FROM HOME TO SHOWER. Also recommend brining a rug/ mat for floors. Ideal for a couple with dogs or small YOUNG family ( children under 7). It’s also very exposed with not privacy areas to relax no shade. Good place to sleep, eat, change clothes, or read a book.
