The property is beautiful and is located right on the ocean. THe condo could have been a little more clean but other than that the beds were comfortable. THe location was close to everything.

The property was aesthetically pleasing. I found it odd that everything was unplugged but maybe that’s policy. The refrigerator was on four and took forever to cool. Had to put it up to 72 even cool the food. There were so many gnats! I mean so many! Y’all brought in something to try to help, but it didn’t. I had to get several off the shelf things nothing helped. There was a roach in the kitchen. And I found that even though we didn’t even cook there, the silverware was not stopped well. also, it’s never mentioned in the ad that the two bedrooms are right where the elevator is and also where people get the trolleys to unload! There was not a night where there was complete sleep for my daughter! It was horribly loud!

Great for last minute plans!

We decided last minute to celebrate my oldest daughter’s birthday at the beach. I didn’t think we would be able to find anything decent so last minute. I was very impressed, especially since we’re used to staying next door at Turquoise Place. It was clean, and well maintained. I probably wouldn’t stay on the bottom door near the elevator again though because I heard everything, starting very early in the morning. Overall it was a great vacation!

Location and view were awesome. Biggest complaint was the large amount of bugs both dead and alive. Swarms of fruit flys had taken over before we even arrived. Plus there were literally smashed bugs on the ceiling directly above the bed where you lay your head. So gross
