GUARD GATED COMMUNITY. 1/2 MILE TO THE STRIP ; A SHORT UBER DRIVE TO RESTAURANTS HOTELS AND CASINOS, THE SPHERE, ALLEGIANT FOOTBALL STADIUM AND MORE. STEAM ROOM IN THE MASTER BEDROOM WITH HIS AND HERS MASTER BATHROOMS. OUR HOME WAS OCCUPIED BY ELVIS AND ELVIS PRESLEY'S MANAGER COLONEL PARKER AND SUBSEQUENTLY BY TOM JONES.
