Wonderful stay! The house is very comfortable and thoughtfully decorated with beautiful furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pans. With some planning, I made our family Christmas dinner. Birkdale is just 10 minutes away. Restaurants and shopping close by as well.

Oakhurst Comfort

Everything about our stay was wonderful. We loved the cuteness of the house, it’s in a a nice and quiet neighborhood, and we enjoyed the pool immensely. It was a great location and was just what we needed to connect us with our son and his family. My only complaint is that it was advertised to sleep 11, and in reality it comfortably slept 7 at tops. Otherwise, we loved our family vacation!!

Thanks for your review, Jill! So glad you enjoyed your stay. If you have any screenshots or additional info to share of where the 11 was advertised, that would be helpful. We only advertise the home to comfortably sleep 7-8 (from the 4 beds) on our end but have a cap of 11 people so large groups don't bring additional guests. I want to ensure we can remove/address wherever you saw that information because you are right - the home is certainly not equipped for housing 11 and we would not ever want that! :)

Great house and great host. Alex was extremely responsive. Oakhurst was my old neighborhood and it was great to be back. Also, you can get just about anywhere in 7 minutes or less. Very convenient.
