Please join us at Sandpiper Cottage! Go to the beach or stay on property and enjoy all the outdoor amenities included at our little hideaway. Beautiful deck with pergola walks you outside and down the steps to a 600 sq ft patio. Fire pit, fenced in yard, hammock, corn hole and an outdoor surf themed shower round out the experience - when you don't want to go to the beach - stay home! 3 bedrooms, 1 beautifully renovated indoor glass shower with stunning pebble tile. AC units keep things cool inside! Washer and Dryer are brand new! Granite countertops with a bar area with 4 stools! Luxury vinyl floors. Yummy eats at nearby restaurants like Plum Point Bistro 3 minutes away, Trio in the Narragansett Pier and the Famous Coast Guard House for seafood! Or travel to Newport, RI - less than 15 minutes away - and of course the white sand of Narragansett Town Beach or Scarborough State Beach, both only 10 minutes away! Historic Wickford Village is close with gift shops & sailboats galore! Includes 2 beach passes to Narragansett Town Beach. JOIN US and ENJOY our LITTLE PIECE OF PARADISE! *NOTE: the picture of the concrete patio and outdoor shower are just place holders!
