Home comfortably sleeps 4-6 people, offers smart TV's for use of your favorite apps. Convenient location right off of I-80 for your commutes and adventures. AC. Home has a swimming pool, and renters must sign a release taking full responsibility for their loved ones and friends. Pool cleaning once a week included in lease amount. Lower level, garage and parking area are not included in the lease. No pets. 30 day leases only please.

I love this charming home. It is such a beautiful area and its so centrally located and convenient. This is my vacation home so its only available on 30 day leases.

Auburn is one of California's cutest towns. It has all of the amenities of a big city, great food, several breweries and wine shop, fancy restaurants, hiking, biking and tons of fun things to do.
What makes this property unique
This is a true midcentury home done in a contemporary farmhouse motif. Its quaint and charming, with lovely trees and a pool in the back yard. Spacious enough for all your needs, and easy to keep clean.
