NO SMOKING/VAPING/E-CIGARETTE for the entire property (inside and outside). Any evidence of smoking and we will retain the full security deposit.
1 dog is welcomed with a $40 per day fee and agreement of the pet rules.

Do Not toss any BBQ ashes on the ground.
No more than 6 guests. ANY additional guests must be preapproved and paid for, prior to your arrival. $100 per guest per night. No events or parties.

We have lived in the area for over 23 years and we enjoy sharing this very special and unique property with guests. We're located close to town and we're on the wine/ale trail. Hiking, biking, skiing, and exploring the area are all close by. We're happy to help with suggestions or you can unwind, relax, and enjoy nature.

We never thought we'd find a house on a beautiful little river that's 5 minutes to town and the freeway. The location is convenient to everything yet it feels private and secluded.
What makes this property unique
You will not find another MCM home on the water, close to Old Town, Downtown, restaurants, shopping, wedding venues, outdoor sports/activities, that's also secluded and private. You can see and hear the river from every room.
