The Space:

The DL Beach Retreat is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, dining area, a full kitchen with all the amenities and an outdoor screened in lanai. Brand new central air to keep you cool. Great back yard with hardscape paver patio that wrap around your inground pool as well as additional outdoor space and a gas grill. The home has all brand-new furniture including super comfy beds for a great night sleep after your day of recreation. Smart TVs in every room and Wifi throughout the home. Easy, one level living in this bright airy home. Sheets and towels are all included as well as the use of the washer and dryer if needed. And, of course, we provide all the beach essentials like towels and chairs and bikes for your use while you are our guests.

LIVING ROOM:

Newly remodeled, bright and airy space with a boho beach design and fresh wallpaper palms. The living room flows into the dining room and the remodeled open kitchen that leads out to the lanai and pool. Large 65" Roku Smart TV. Super comfortable sofa and chairs for relaxing after a hard day at the beach!

KITCHEN:

Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and plenty of workspace. Also a coffee bar area to brew the good stuff. Great place to make a meal or hang around together.

DINING AREA:

Dining table seats 6. The open floor plan provides easy access between our kitchen, living room and dining area.

PRIMARY BEDROOM:

To ensure your comfort, our home is outfitted with luxury mattresses, quality linens, and great pillows, all cleaned to the highest standards. Our primary bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and plenty of space for storage as well as a smart TV for you. Additionally, this large space has a separate seating/sleeping area for relaxing, reading a book or watching TV. The bedroom leads into the en suite bathroom with a vanity and stand up shower. All towels and amenities are selected with you in mind.

QUEEN BEDROOM:

Queen bedroom with high end cooling gel mattress, dresser and Smart TV provide your guests with a cozy and comfortable experience.

TWIN BEDROOM/DEN

On the rear side of the house, this bedroom is great for kids or adults. It is equipped with two Twin beds that can be for lounging or sleeping. Also, a convertible beanbag chair that opens into another queen-sized bed. This bedroom has its own Smart TV as well.

SECOND FULL BATH:

Another full bath with tub/shower and vanity. This can be used by any of the other guest and is conveniently located off the main section of the home. Quality towels and amenities provide.


OUTDOOR AREA/BACKYARD:

With some of the best weather in the country, our home offers the outdoor space to enjoy it. Our fenced-in yard boasts a heated in-ground pool, a covered lanai seating area, outdoor pool lounge chairs, a gas grill, and plenty of space for everyone. Take in the sun and enjoy the space, play a round of corn-hole, or splash in the pool.
