We love our second-home in Scottsdale. Pool, quiet, gated, friendly, safe community. One-level, adobe. 2 large bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms. Master room has California king bed with independent controls and sitting area. A perfect place to set up an office to overlook the back garden. Master bath has 2 sinks. Guest room is large with pull-out couch and another seating area. Both have large walk-in closets. Lots of storage. Open concept for kitchen, dining, and living. Beautiful art. 3 TVs. Fast WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel, new appliances. Lots of plates, platters, and wine glasses to host friends over. Private gates and gardens in front and back with landscaping. Seating in both gardens. Fireplace in back with lights hung. Eat all your meals outside on large dining table. Boutique, exclusive community has a wonderful pool and lounge chairs. (Few people use it.) Nice professionals who live here. Internet, electric, gas, electric, landscaping, pest control included. Large 2-car garage. Washer/dryer laundry room attached to garage. Garage door opener, security code, and post office box provided. We only rent once per year. Black-out shutters for the best sleep. Love that is is close to a Trader Joe’s and fabulous restaurants. 2 bicycles and 2 e-bikes provided. Love riding on all the cycling lanes. Quick to get to Old Town and luxury shopping. This is our vacation home. Consider only professionals for minimum of 14 weeks and must abide by HOA rules. We want renters who have deep spirit, a positive outlook on life, inclusive, and believe that the world need more love. Willing to negotiate for monthly rates.
