The house was lovely and the kids had a great time in the pool. The walk to the beach was made easier with the cart, chairs and umbrella provided.

Great beach house with beautiful view of ocean and best pool ever!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful beach house. Everyone especially enjoyed the fantastic pool and hot tub. We had a couple of issues but owner was quick to respond and resolve.

WHAT AN AMAZING BEACH HOUSE!

Don’t hesitate to rent this beautiful home away from home! A pool & being pet friendly was on our wishlist & thrilled I found this one to rent! Great location & did I mention there is a private pool? Beautiful views & so many different places to sit outside. The ocean was one street over & not crowded.

Peaceful time with family

Arrived to a clean home. Stocked just as stated in the listing. Kids room had a lock on the sliding door, what a relief. Living room had child proof gates also this really helps for our family of triplets. The pool and hot tub were clean and ready to use. The home had views of the ocean and intercostal waterway. The elevator really helped my elderly/handicapped parents. It also helped with getting luggage to the required levels. We had one small issue with a loose but not broken handrail. A certified contractor was on site quickly and took care of it properly. I can’t think of any thing negative about this home or management.

Almost Perfect

Although it was November, it was very warm & kids would have enjoyed the pool but it had not been maintained. There was no toaster, although it was on the listing as being in the house. Our main concern, was the railing on the main living level. It was so loose, that if some leaned against it it fell on it, they would surely all. I do not know if this has been addressed since our stay as I have not heard back from property manager. The elevator was great for our luggage & food. It was nice that each bedroom had its own mom mombath. stay.
