The location is excellent. Walking distance to Marina and so much else. 4 grocery stores and more restuarants than I can count. The building and property are immaculate and very secure and more restuarants
Great place in a very central location. Unit comes with several amenities, and is walking distance to many shops, stores and restaurants. Unit was very clean and owner was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this place.
We came here for a staycation and it was great. Beautiful, quiet building and the unit was very comfortable and clean. Accommodating, professional host. We’ll be back!
Well appointed, spacious & quiet unit with everything we needed. Pull out queen sofa bed is comfortable. Annika’s detailed directions were easy to follow. Very professional. We had a great stay!
Had a nice stay in Annika’s v comfortable condo. Appreciated the amenities- the Keurig, shower products, extra towels, well-equipped kitchen. Annika provided detailed day-of-arrival info, texted to check in during the stay and was very nice about taking a late-night call. Would stay here again.

Great except Construction
We were not told that there was very loud construction going on. Luckily it did end @5pm.
The condo was nice but could use more kitchen items.

Great apt for a short stay and adult travelers
The apartment is a great size and Annika is an amazing communicator. Best check in instructions. The kitchen is well-equipped and the TV is huge. The pullout couch bed was shockingly comfortable.
The location city-wise is nice but there are a lot of extremely loud neighbors with noise well into the night, and thin windows. We heard neighbors partying all night.
The pictures don’t reflect the interior of the apartment - there is a lot of superficial damages to cabinets, the bathroom, the shower, and the panel on the blinds in the master bed was broken. We were thus unable to shut the blinds when the neighbors were partying and the pool was lit up till 4 am. This was really hard especially because we were traveling with our 4 month old baby.
TLDR if you don’t care about the noise or the damage to the apartment, it’s a great spot. Best for adults and a short stay.
Nice unit but the building itself created frustration
The living room and bedroom were very nicely appointed. But our intial positive impression was outweighed by other factors. Our biggest issue with our stay was the condo building itself. It was a poorly designed structure in our opinion. It was very difficult to find your way around the building and also the parking garage which was a nightmare. Thank god for the picture directions given to us by the host so we could find our way through the parking garage. Not everyone has a car or needs to use it for every excursion, and when you try to find where to get out of the building just to go walk to a restaurant, it is not easily apparent where the front door is, because the only real entry to the condo building is the driveway to the parking garage. There is no direct sidewalk (only partial) from the small entry/exit door which we finally found, to the street and so you have to walk on the driveway and hope no car is coming out of the garage at the same time.
There were a few details missed in the unit that could've been improved. Ripped screen door to the patio, curdled creamer packets left on the counter, and the sleeper sofa (where my daughter slept) when pulled out was slanted toward the sofa making her head where the pillows go, lower than the end where her feet went. The neighborhood was much more city like than I expected and I did not feel safe walking there at night.
We did not get to use the pool or hot tub because of our schedule but they both looked very nice.
