Luxury Waterfront Retreat-Heated Salt Pool Screened, Pedal Boat, Kayaks & Bikes

This spectacular home is located on a wide waterfront. The views are breathtaking! The home itself is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The open kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook up your favorite meals at home. The deck is the perfect place to soak up the sun, swim in the heated salt water pool under a fully screened Lanai. Launch one of our 2 kayaks or Pedal Boat from our private dock. A nice stock of pool toys and some deck games will be there for you, as well as a Foosball table in the game room. We have 2 adult Bikes and 1 child bike for you to ride. Watch your favorite apps or basic cable on the brand new smart 75” TV in the living room. Centrally located to downtown Ft Myers and Cape Coral. Most family dogs are welcome with approval. Just let me know the breed and size prior to making your reservation. We provide towels, bed linens, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags and a mini hotel sized soap/shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom. It should be enough to start your stay, if you run out there are also many nearby stores!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave used beds unmade.
Remove logins for apps used on TVs
Set AC to 78 degrees in summer. In winter set heat to 60 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$100 weekly Fee for heating pool to 84 degrees November-March, $50 weekly for other cooler months, to be collected prior to check in

Great place & beautiful location! Made good use of the pool and the outdoor patio. Very positive interactions with the owner. We had a 2-year with us & having the pack&play & high chair was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Diane is super responsive and the house is amazing. Not only is it super functional with pretty much everything you can need for a week, it is decorated in a fun, classy way. Kitchen is fully stocked, beds are comfortable, there is a lot of room and the layout is great. The pool was even bigger than we expected. Everything was great and we are already talking about when we can come back.

We loved waking up every morning to such a beautiful view. Very quiet neighborhood. The boys enjoyed having a tv outside to watch football games while swimming in the pool!The house is absolutely stunning. We would definitely come back!

House was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay with all of the thoughtful conveniences. It was immaculate and very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the salt water pool.There was a slight issue with the wi fi on the last full day but Diane was very helpful and it was resolved within a few minutes. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay and recommend it to our friends and family

Great time in Cape Coral

The house was fantastic!!! It exceeded our expectations. Much better than the pictures. The host was great. Always answered every question within minutes. We will definitely stay at this house again.

Wonderful spot

This house was a great spot for our family to spend a week away. The space was very dog and kid friendly, and the large pool and lanai area offered the perfect combo of fun and relaxation for everyone! It was exactly as advertised and we had everything we needed for our warm weather vacation. Communication with Diane was easy and always prompt -would absolutely consider staying here again!

Great waterfront property!

We loved our stay. My son fished in the canals everyday and we made use of the kayaks. The canal view from the patio is beautiful! The patio is bigger than most and well furnished. There are areas on the patio and in the pool for both sun and shade. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The host was very nice and accommodating. I definitely recommend this house!

Awesome and perfect

The house was very spacious, very well appointed, super fast internet (400 mbps), clean with a lot of extra amenities provided by the host ( welcome basket etc). Loved having some tools available in the garage ( I like to fix things), ample bikes, pool toys etc. The "panorame view" over the pool onto the canal never gets old. Very close to all the good food on and off the Cape. Very safe area, nice homes. We are coming back in January!

Perfect Stay

We had 2 families stay in this house and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It was in a quiet neighborhood close enough to the beaches and close to shopping and restaurants. The house was everything the owner claimed it was and more! The kids loved sitting in the dock and watching the turtles and fish! I would like to add that this home is handicap friendly (I don’t think that is listed) and that’s amazing! It’s hard to find a place so accommodating. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Our annual family getaway

Where do I begin? This was an absolutely perfect vacation home for me & my family! Especially that we were able to bring our furry family member too, our golden retriever. The poolside view was amazing!! My 3 grandchildren had a blast from pool fun to kayaking & riding the pedal boat. The set up of the house was great including the decor & all the necessities were provided as well. A home away from home. Moments to be remembered, Thank you!!!

Better than the description and photos. Took a whole day to soak it all in. More like a home than a rental. And that view, WOW. The host Diane answered quickly when needed and thought of everything one may need staying at her rental.
