Meadow Breeze is located at 175 Meadow Drive, and is brought to you by Summer Breeze Cape Cod vacation rentals in Eastham, a family owned business.

The house is on a lovely cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood ideal for walking with the children just a mile away from the bay side beaches and convenient to the National Seashore.

This spacious, air conditioned home has four attractive, generously sized bedrooms leaving plenty of room for your family and friends to spread out.

On the first floor, there are two queen sized beds, newly renovated bathroom, living room, and fully equipped eat-in kitchen.

The second floor offers two more bedrooms with a new full bath, 3 twin beds, and another queen size bed.

Outside, the deck has ample room for dining and entertaining, outdoor shower to wash the sand away, and a Weber gas grill for your dining pleasure. Purchase lobsters at Maurice's or create a classic New England clambake!

Enjoy wireless Internet, AC, three televisions, expanded cable, and an extensive game room for those rainy days, as well as a large, private, sunny backyard for the kids to play in.

Eastham is the “Gateway to the National Seashore,” and is perfectly located to explore the Cape from the canal to Province town. Ride your bikes or take a short car ride over to exquisite National Seashore beaches where the water is colder but the surf is amazing! Freshwater swimming is also available at nearby Great Pond, and the many delightful bayside beaches are within a mile for watching the sunsets or exploring tidepools with the children.

Our house is within a half mile of Cape Cod's Rail Trail for biking, rollerblading and evening strolls. Plenty of shopping, golf and mini golf courses and many other activities await you just a short distance away.

Drive less than half an hour to Province town or Hyannis to enjoy their numerous eclectic shops, galleries and restaurants. Explore the salt water marshes and Audubon Sanctuary, the only drive-in theater on the Outer Cape or a flea market.

Enjoy the peace and privacy of this bright, cheery home to relax and take in the outer Cape's natural and overwhelming beauty. Make this your home base for a lifetime of wonderful Cape vacation memories! We have towels and sheets available for your use, or you may bring your own. We have a washer and dryer, and we would ask that you wash, dry, and fold any of our linens you use. We will be happy to arrange for you to rent linens for $35/person.

Fall Getaway

We have rented from Julie in the past, but not this home. This home is nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. It was exceptionally clean as all of Julie’s properties are. I have a severe allergy to dust but had no problems here. The day it rained, the guys and grandchildren played in the basement where they had Foozeball, ping pong table, and air hockey. They were thrilled!

Our Stay in North Eastham

Our family really treasures our week at Meadow Breeze in North Eastham every July. The house is a perfect one for a family--it has enough beds, rooms, bathrooms, and showers for all of us. Everything is very clean and well-kept, and the Nielsens seem to find a way to improve it every year. The kitchen is practical and furnished with all the cooking tools and utensils--even better than our own house. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you are right near the best beaches--Nauset Light, Coast Guard, Nauset, and Skaket and First Encounter for young children. You can eat in, go out to Arnold's for fried clams, go up to Provincetown or down to Chatham for something more fancy. We have been going to Meadow Breeze for years, and it is the highlight of our year. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

Annual trip to the Cape

The house was cute but surprised if some of the clutter in closets, not covered. Also, a little too much communication with host. Mistakingly put the wrong sheets on bed and it was constant messages all weekend. Wish the sheets were on beds when we arrived. No flexibility in arrival or departure times even though we couldn’t check in until 4:30 because cleaning service still there. Beautiful back yard with swing set for children.

The house was located in a quiet, dog-friendly neighborhood. The accomdations were great and the proximity to Campground Beach allowed us some great walks and a beautiful sunset! So easy to get to everything that we wanted from P-Town to the Flea Market and all of the restaurants and shops in between. Was a relaxing Labor Day!! Julie was very responsive and awesome.

This house was everything a guest could want and more. Beautiful lot, landscaping, privacy and peace and quiet like you couldn't imagine. Location excellent. Could live there forever

Great house

We would stay here again. This house is great for families. My family of five stayed here for a week and it was a great house. The house was well stocked and clean. Linens were also provided which was a huge help. We also brought our dog. There is a fusball table, ping pong table, and an air hockey table in the basement. This was great for a rainy day we experienced, and for activities after sightseeing. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement, along with beach chairs. We did a lot of sight seeing during our stay since the water was still cool. Provincetown is about 30 minutes away and we went whale watching out of Hyannis (that was about an hour to 1.5 hours). However, if you stay during warmer months there are a couple beaches less than 5 minute car ride away which is great. We also passed a local pond that had swimmers as well. There are also plenty of restaurants around as well. Communication with the owners was good as well. Julie was responsive over email and text and any questions I had were quickly resolved. Again, this house was great for my family with all different preferences.

Great place for family vacation

The property is clean and well equipped. Great for families with children, has toys, games, swing set and great yard. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay.

Very Good Option for Cape Cod

Clean house with all the essentials, near beaches and not far from other cute towns. Our young adults and teens could bike to the beach. They also enjoyed the ping pong and foosball tables in the basement. We would rent it again!

Perfect home

Wonderful home to vacation. The home was well equipped and comfortable. Morning coffee on the deck and evenings relaxing with a book or game enhanced the vacation experience. The property is convenient to the beaches and dining. We will definitely be back!

Great house on the Cape

Eastham visit

Meadowbreeze

We had a nice time staying at this house. It was cozy and quiet, which we really needed for our getaway. The Town beaches were close enough, you didn’t have to travel too far and the National Seashore right up the road. We found that most of the restaurants were open (during COVID pandemic) for pick up and we even got in a boat ride for seal watching. The owner, Julie is easily reachable and any issues we had she responded very quickly.

Wonderful vacation!

The minute we walked into this lovely house, we felt right at home. It is well maintained and has all the amenities a family would need for a week of relaxation and fun. There are beach supplies, indoor and outdoor games, a large yard with a fantastic swing / tree house play set, and bicycles of all sizes. Quiet neighborhood but close to town and National Seashore beaches. Would definitely rent again!

October Cape Visit

I traveled with friends for a quick fall getaway . Meadow breeze was an adorable home that we all agreed, made us feel like we were staying at a friends home! 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, roomy yet cozy. Close to main roads for convienence yet tucked away so you feel you're on vacation . The home was clean and inviting . Linens and towels are provided but we brought our own so we didn't have to spend hours on the last day washing,drying and folding sheets and towels . October, while not usually beach weather, is a beautiful time to explore the Cape without the large crowds that summer brings. Great house that I'd recommend!

A real home away from home!

We felt very welcome in this nice, clean, homey cape house. It is very comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood but close to the beaches and the main road. We enjoyed taking a ride north to Race Point Beach on the very tip of Cape Cod. The Truro Vinyard was a nice stop along the way. We highly recommend this home and Julie was very nice to deal with.

A Great Summer Escape!

We have come to this rental (and the Cape) for many years and are always delighted to find the place well equipped, clean, roomy, and comfortable. The owners are responsive to all questions / requests and are genuinely nice people. Also, the layout is unique with an offset upstairs with 2 bedrooms / 1 bath complementing, but not on the same level with the downstairs 2 bedrooms / 1 bath. Between this and the well supplied basement (ping pong, foozeball, air hockey), it allows for our kids to stay out of their grandmother's hair. :) The location (bayside but still very close to the oceanside beaches) is ideal and is very close to restaurants, mini golf, ice cream, the Audubon Sanctuary, and much more. I would highly recommend this place!

Perfect Vacation House for Families

This house was perfect for our 9 family member (6 adults and 3 kids between 4yrs old and 9yrs old) vacation. It has everything included in the description and much more. The kitchen is fully stocked and there's a grill on the porch with outdoor seating. There are plenty of extra beach chairs, bikes, games, a beach umbrella, even an outdoor shower and small jungle gym. The house is fully equipped with anything you could want. Several family members commented on the fact that this house had everything you could need for a week away. It's nicely situated between the National Sea Shore and the bay side beaches. We went to the National Sea Shore during the day and would come back to the house for dinner, then head to the bay side to explore the beaches during low tide and watch the sun set. Julie was super nice, very responsive, and easy to work with. We really enjoyed our time here and have already put plans in motion to come back next year. I highly recommend this property!

Great home in perfect location!

My family has been renting from Julie and Summer Breeze properties for years but this was our first stay at Meadow Breeze for a long off season weekend. This home was very clean, well stocked and in a perfect location close to everything off Rt 6 but in a quiet cul de sac neighborhood. The yard is big with lots of room for the kids and dog to play in....they even have a playscape! Great sized deck for enjoying in the warmer weather. Wonderful location to walk the dog through the neighborhood or for longer walks to the bayside beach. Plenty of room for all to spread out- we traveled with another family. Kids love to have their own rooms and bathroom upstairs and the basement full of games. Like I said, we have been renting from Summer Breeze for years because they get it right! Well maintained homes and great owners to deal with. I would highly recommend Meadow Breeze for your family's next vacation to the Cape!!

Julie and Dave first came to the Cape in 2003 when they rented a vacation home with their family. They loved the ocean and walking on the bayside beaches, biking on quiet roads and scenic beauty, and frequently stayed at a local campground. In 2009, they founded Summer Breeze Cape Cod vacation rentals, which offers five private homes for rent in Eastham. Julie is a nurse, and Dave is a physical therapist. They are both serial renovators, performing much of the work themselves, along with Dave's parents. Their daughter, Michaela, is in middle school, and helps with projects as well. They live in southern New Hampshire, with their German Shepard and two feline siblings.
